How to wear contact lenses

Basically, it’s a 2 simple step process to put on contact lenses. This video is for those who are first timer wearing contact lenses, welcome to my free tutorial page on how to insert and remove contact lenses.

Step 1: Open your eyes BIG

-If you are right handed, place contact lens on your index finger

– use middle finger to pull open your lower and upper eyelids

Tips: hold near to your eye lashes

Step 2: Touch your eyes

– try looking down, and allow your finger to touch on your eye surface

-maintain the contact for 3 seconds

– release your fingers, close your eyes and rotate your eyeball

How to remove contact lens?

Here is a short video of how to remove the lenses.

There are 2 methods to share with you guys. 

Method 1 : Direct method

Step 1: Open your eyes 

Step 2: use your index finger and thumb to pinch off the lens from your eyes

Method 2: Indirect Method

Step 1: Open your eyes

Step 2: Touch your eyes and Look towards your nose direction

Step 3: Pinch off the lens from the whitish part of your eye
