Do Stellest lenses really work?

What is stellest lens?

It’s a myopia controlled lenses designed with an exclusive H.A.L.T technology,STELLEST lens consists of  constellation of invisible lenslets, which creates volume of signal in front of the Retina that slows down myopia progression.

Supported with Clinical studies

In the research, with a total subject tested of 104 myopic children, split into 2 groups. Single vision lenses 50 participants, stellest lenses 54 participants. Efficacy results is based on 32 children who declared wearing stellest lens at least 12 hours per day, every day. This research is collaborate with R&D center together with its main partner, Wenzhou Medical University in China.

Stellest lens design has been shown to slow myopia by 67% in studies compared to single vision lenses over a 2 years period of time. 100% of the children with whom wearing tests were carried out got used to these special lenses within a week.

What happens to kids with high myopia?

Usually, kids with high myopia will have a higher chance of getting vision-threatening implications such as Retina detachment, Glaucoma, etc.

Stellest lenses adopted the principle of myopic defocus, which is quite similar to Hoya Miyosmsrt lenses. On the STELLEST lens itself there is arrangements of these microlenslet that is distributed over 11 rings that do not interfere with the child’s vision. There is a total of 1021 microlenslet built into the lens itself

The intelligent design of the lenses are so superb that you will have a difficulty to see the difference between a normal lens and a STELLEST lens.

How does it work?

By making use of the 1021 microlenslet on the lens, it helps to create a periphery defocus effect on the retina , and enjoying the best central vision on the retina. With this H.A.L.T [High Aspherical Lens Target]  it helps to create a volume of signal in front of retina that helps to slow down myopia progression.
